Stana Experience Submission #6

Marty (@McMarty89)- 11/11/11, a day I cannot forget. Why? Because I met the Castle cast in downtown LA. I really enjoyed meeting all the people from the crew, seeing all the hard work they do every single day. I was so excited the night before, I couldn’t sleep! I wasn’t sure if the whole cast was there because they told me that only Jon and Seamus filmed that day. But then someone else told me that Stana and Nathan would be there at 6pm. So I waited and when I saw Stana, nothing else mattered! She was filming a scene that wasn’t a close-up on her so she was in casual clothes. Her hair was really curly and beautiful. I was with other fans near the set. Before the cast had dinner, Stana and Tamala stopped by us, so I took a pic with both of them and they signed my Castle Calendar. Stana asked me what my name was, and she repeated it so perfectly and sweetly. Then she asked me where I was from, and when I said to her that I was Italian, she told me in Italian “mi piace” which  means ‘I like it’ in Italian. I think I was going to melt in front of her. Then, during the breaks, I could go into the hallway of the hotel, because I stayed at the same hotel they chose for filming. I was in my little corner in silence and just stared at her. She was so nice and everyone from the crew loves her. Before shooting the scene, she couldn’t stand still and moved a lot! After that day of shooting was over, Stana and Jon walked to their trailers, but me and other two fans stopped them, and took another pic with them. I think Stana is a beautiful, awesome and a great person, inside and out. She’s so kind to everyone. In my opinion, she’s a sophisticated woman, a goddess on Earth! I was so lucky and happy to finally meet her! Best day ever!

Interviewer: Stana, what was it like, the first time you two [Nathan] met ?

Stana: Uhm, I said to Nathan ‘Oh, I hear you’re from Canada.’ And he said, ‘Yeah I’m from Edmonton.’ I go, ‘uhm, you, you know, I was born in Toronto.’ he goes, ‘OHH, the center of the universe.’

*audience laughs*

Rob: And that’s true apparently.

Nathan: *nods* It’s an in-joke in Canada.

Craig: Would you marry a Canadian?

Stana: uhm, I haven’t really been biased about .

Craig: oooh

Stana: ohhhh

Craig: Cause then you’d keep it all…

Stana: in the same country. 

Craig: You can enjoy bacon…

Stana: Canadian bacon !
